DELIVERY AND RETURNS
I aim to post all items as soon as possible, usually within 2-3 days of purchase and please allow 7 working days for delivery of your order. At busy times this will change but the website header will indicate this.
If you require an urgent delivery please contact me when ordering or add a note to your order and I will do my best to meet your requirements. Please note during sale periods and Christmas delivery times can take a little longer.
Items which are made-to-order will specify the time to dispatch.
All orders that contain a 'made-to-order' item will be shipped together once all items are ready.
Delivery time for bespoke orders will be discussed when you make your order.
Postage
UK
Standard (Royal Mail 1st Class Postage) - £2,50
Royal Mail 48 Tracked and Signed for - £5.25
International
Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For - £15
Please note that any losses when Standard delivery is selected are at your own risk.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (INCLUDING TO THE EU) ARE SUBJECT TO CUSTOMS CHARGES AND IMPORT DUTY. IT WILL BE UP TO THE CUSTOMER TO PAY THESE OTHERWISE THE ITEM WILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER.
Please take this into consideration when ordering from outside of the UK.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
I gladly accept returns so that you can can purchase with confidence. If you are not happy with your order and wish to return it for a refund please email me first on Aggietoopjewellery@outlook.com.
Please return items within 14 days of receipt, in the original packaging and condition. You will not be refunded for the original or return postage.
Please note:
- earrings are not eligible for a refund due to hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
- this return policy does not apply to bespoke orders which are non-refundable, unless faulty.
Aggie Toop Jewellery does not accept responsibility for any returns that become lost in transit. A tracked service is recommended.
To return please package with your name, address, order number, email and reason for return, in the original packaging and send to the address on the reverse of your parcel. Please note that items which are returned without first requesting a refund will not be accepted.
Should you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect please contact me to arrange a replacement (if applicable) and/or return as detailed above. You will be refunded the price of the faulty item in full including any postage charges. In the case of a replacement, you will not be refunded.
